Norah Lile is the co-owner and founder of Integrity Mortgage Co. Norah has nearly 25 years of experience in all facets of the mortgage industry, primarily in management and underwriting. She wanted to work for a company that made honesty and integrity the top priority in all transactions, so she opened Integrity Mortgage Co. She has a passion for the value that homeownership brings to families, and she works hard to ensure her clients are educated on their best options and the entire loan process.

Norah has a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado, and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Denver. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, snowboarding, weightlifting, and reading in her spare time.

T.J. Lile is the co-owner and President of Integrity Mortgage Co. T.J. has nearly 17 years of experience in the mortgage finance industry, primarily in B2B management and production. He strives to develop meaningful and genuine relationships not only with clients, but also with every team member and strategic partnership the Company has developed. T.J. believes in the concept that experience, knowledge, service, and relationship are the fuel that drives results, and that his role in the organization is to serve team members and clients while delivering high quality performing loans to the market. He is committed to doing so in an open and transparent environment, always offering stakeholders clarity and honesty in his dealings. T.J. offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the areas of mortgage banking leadership, organizational, and cultural development.

T.J. has a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Colorado State University and is the President of the Board of Directors for the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association (CMLA.) He enjoys sports, hunting, fishing, anything outdoors, working out, and being dad to his daughter, Josephine and loving husband (and business partner) to his wife, Norah.

Levi Hunt takes a straightforward, client-focused approach to real estate and mortgage lending. As an active-duty U.S. Army Special Forces soldier, he brings discipline, accountability, and attention to detail to every transaction.

Levi works with buyers, sellers, and investors, with a strong emphasis on VA loans and supporting military and veteran families. He believes in clear communication, education, and transparency, ensuring clients understand their options and feel confident throughout the process.

Outside of work, Levi enjoys staying active, spending time with his family, and helping service members learn how to use real estate as a tool for long-term financial stability.
